Job Description:	Group IT Manager
Job Details:	The Group IT Manager will be overall responsible for IT related issues in the J&J Group of companies in Mozambique. The daily tasks will include - amongst others - to ensure 100% system uptime (Internet/LAN) and work out contingency plans, design, implement and maintain security measures (firewall, anti virus systems), keep the IT policy updated, maintain all IT hardware, negotiate with suppliers and assist management in any IT related investment decisions. The ideal candidate can be characterized as follows: - Self starter - High attention to detail - Results driven - Excellent execution skills - High sense of responsibility and accountability Candidates applying for the position must have the following experience and abilities: - Masters Degree in IT - Minimum 2 years practical experience with network technology in an organization in Mozambique or abroad - Fluent in English (written and spoken)
